It is that time of year again and Fynbos is offering four inclusive packages to make it easy for you to book a magical function to suit your budget.
Fynbos has a reputation for its delicious country food and farm fresh, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. Dragonridge Wines, made on the farm, are delicious organic red, white and sparkling wines that can be added to complement your chosen set menu.
Special dietary requirements (halaal, vegetarian, vegan, allergies) can be catered for with prior arrangement.

West Coast Year End – R350 per person
Minimum 30 people, up to 100.
4 hour catered party hosted in one venue of your choice with a set 3-course menu. Additional hours can be purchased at R1,500.00 per hour up to midnight
Starter: Fish Cakes – freshly prepared Malay-style with mango atjar mayonnaise and light seasonal salad.
Main: Lightly-spiced Coronation chicken served with basmati rice, sambals and a light seasonal salad.
Dessert: Home-made ice cream or farm-style apple crumble.

Swartland Year End – R400 per person
Minimum 30, up to 100 people
4 hour catered party hosted in one venue of your choice with a Swartland Braai. Additional hours can be purchased at R1,500 per hour up to midnight.
Starter: Quiche square with spinach and feta
Main: Swartland Braai, 2 Lamb Chops, 1 Chicken sosatie, 1 Wors, Bread roll, Potato Salad and Seasonal green salad
Dessert: Apple crumble or Malva pudding or homemade ice cream

Festive Year End – R480 per person
Minimum 30, up to 100 people.
4 hour catered party hosted in one venue of your choice with a Lamb Spit Braai. Additional hours can be purchased at R1,500 per hour up to midnight.
Starter: Fish Cakes – freshly prepared Malay-style with mango atjar, mayonnaise and light seasonal salad
Main: Farm-sourced lamb spit braai served with roasted seasonal vegetables, oven roasted baby potatoes and seasonal green salad
Dessert: Apple crumble or Malva pudding or homemade ice-cream
Executive Year End – R580 per person
Minimum 10 people, up to 100.
Snacks: Crisps, biltong and droë wors.
Starter: Parma ham and melon.
Main: Poached Salmon with dill sauce served with duchess potatoes, seasonal vegetables and green salad.
Dessert: Fruit Pavlova.
